Founder & Director
For over 20 years Emmanuel Langley has been developing residential property across London. His expertise is derived from a fusion of skills having operated one of London’s largest chains of estate agents before turning to residential property development in the late Eighties. Experienced in a range of property related activities from quantity surveying through to his forte – architecture and interior design – his inspirational style and passion is clearly in bricks and mortar.
As an entrepreneur he is involved in several business activities, and has now focused his skills to establish Manor as one of London’s leading luxury property developers.
Partner & Director
With a formal training in Fashion Design, an exceptional track record of 25 years in sales, and 15 years at the helm of Saffron International – MONTY NAWAZ is a formidable business partner, bringing with him considerable sales expertise and lucrative access to the discerning Middle–Eastern/ South–Asian markets. Under his stewardship, Saffron is now a global agency with sales offices established in London, Singapore, Hongkong, Kuala Lumpur, Beijing and Jakarta, specialising in managing a diverse and extensive portfolio of nearly 500 prime Central London properties by proxy for their exclusive network of overseas investors.
Originally a Londoner, Monty has reaffirmed his professional commitment to this region by relocating with his family to Singapore in 2005, and splits his time between South-Asia and the UK.
Asset Manager
Natasha’s experience in property covers a broad range of asset control: from property management of over 200 units throughout London, to bespoke renovations in some of the most exclusive neighbourhoods.
Her refurbishment work has piqued a specific interest in interior design; a passion for period property and an eye for synthesis between original features and contemporary design.
Previously working for a large central London estate agent and a unique investment company, her knowledge finely complements Manor’s property development portfolio.
